This beautiful 1950 Allard initially came to us for some cosmetic updates to the nose section. We moved the parking lights out to the tips of the fenders and added the traditional Allard “scallops” to the nose area. After reviewing the rest of the paint on the car, we determined that the filler in some previous repair areas was too thick and was cracking, so we did a complete strip and repaint of the body. We also ordered up a new set of wire wheels painted to match the interior color. We think the color combination sets the car off. Powered by a 331 Cu. In. Cadillac V-8 and equipped with a pair of two-barrel carburetors, the car is both fast & loud….just the way we like it!
