The owner acquired this car before he got married and he and his wife took it on their honeymoon. It was restored in the early 80’s. In the 90’s, he took the motor out to rebuild it. Life happens and years pass. The owner finished the motor and wanted us to install it and repair and paint the body. After the car was finished, the owner took it to the 300SL Nationals and won best of show.
