This 1956 300SL Gullwing has undergone a complete body-off frame; every nut and bolt; no “stone” unturned restoration. The body was stripped and alkaline dipped then damaged metal was replaced with in-house fabricated sheet metal. Body profiles were faithfully replicated utilizing factory drawings, 3D scanning and our profiling equipment. The engine, transmission and rear end were completely rebuilt as well. Headmark correct hardware was utilized as much as possible. It is a Concours level restoration.
